The low-temperature heat pump vacuum evaporator is designed to meet diverse customer requirements and operating conditions through the development of various equipment models. The V-HP-SF series evaporator operates by using a compressor to act on the refrigerant, We are a factory of making the evaporator and crystallizer machine on wastewater treatment machine and biological fermentation concentration and purification machine. The boiling chamber is negative at -95-97kpa under vacuum condition, raw material can be sucked into the chamber under negative pressure. Meanwhile, the heat pump system will makes heat exchange device into evaporation and condensation into two parts. Circulation system sprays raw wastewater onto the evaporation part nebulized. Water become steam after evaporation and rise to condensing become condensate. The condensate flows to condensation vessel and the concentration remains in boiling chamber, finally they will discharge automatically when reach pre-setted rate. A key feature of this series is low consumption and less land occupation compared to other models and relatively simple equipment structure and easy to be operated. It can be used just requiring the water and electricity. Less installation and more convenient.
