The crystallization chamber is negative pressure at -95-97Kpa under vacuum condition, raw material is automatically sucked into the chamber under the negative pressure, and at the same time, the heat pump system will make heat exchange device into evaporation and condensation two parts.The evaporator chamber is equipped with a scrapper and jacket layer. It will continuous stirring of material and the jacketed surface going on evaporation. The material water evaporate into steam and flows upto the condensation chamber and become the distilled water. Distilled water flows to condensation vessel and discharge it automatically. Solid material will be discharged automatically by scarpper finally.

Crystallizer
The crystallizer machine would be matched based on customers, after using evaporator machine then use this machine to make it solid and discharge it finally.
Mixing speed
High quality mixing motor . make the crystallization machine to work and also have the Scraper to prevent the material sticking into the wall of machine.
Schneider Electric switch
Use high quality button and all of them use electric valve. easy to be operated. PLC touch screen all use Siemens.
Remote control with low manpower.
